Shipping And Delivery

We offer free shipping anywhere in South Africa with every Redback boot purchased. Online orders are delivered using The Courier Guy and are delivered within 2-3 working days for main metro areas and 3-5 working days for outlying areas. Customers will be provided with a tracking number once orders are shipped.

*Orders are only delivered to physical addresses (No P.O. Boxes)


Returns

Please refer to our warranty policy here.

Faulty boots should be returned to place of purchase. We will cover the cost of the courier for pre-approved warranty returns for Redback boots purchased from redback.co.za only.

Steps to follow are:
Email us at info@outland.co.za and include:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos the affected area of the boot
  • Photo of the batch tag on the heel, clearly showing the number
  • Photo of the underside of the sole

If the warranty claim is approved, we will arrange collection and will send a replacement pair.


Exchanges

If an incorrect size is ordered, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the boot to us and a replacement will be sent at our expense. Alternatively, we will arrange for it to be swapped out at an approved retailer, where possible.
