Warranty

Redback Boots are guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing faults. This specifically excludes wear and tear and misuse or abuse. The life of the boot is dependent on the type of use that they are exposed to. When the outsole is worn through or toecap is exposed the boots should be replaced (this is not considered a warranty claim). If you believe that your boots did not meet this guarantee, we ask that you please return them to the place of purchase with an original proof of purchase to proceed with a warranty claim.
 
We will replace, within 1 Year of purchase, any Redback boot with manufacturer defects. These warranties do not include normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or products that have been altered.
And is subject to:
  • The batch # tag still being attached in the heel pull loop
  • An original proof of purchase being returned with the shoes.
 
We will normally accept photographic evidence being emailed to us showing the defect and a photo of the proof of purchase as well as a photo of the intact batch number. We may request additional photos showing the general condition of the boot, for example the outsole. If we confirm it is a valid warranty claim we will exchange the boots with a new pair once the old pair reaches our office. In some cases we may request the boots are returned to us before we can make a decision on the validity of a warranty claim.

We will not honour any claims where the Batch # was not supplied by ourselves, or where there is no valid proof of purchase.
