1. Order Processing

We will make every effort to ship all orders within 2–7 working days from the time the order is placed and payment is received.

Orders are dispatched on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Express Delivery: 2–3 working days once shipped.

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days once shipped.

3. Delivery Fees

• Standard Delivery: Free (3–7 working days).

• Express Delivery: R120 (2–3 working days).

• Free Delivery: Standard Delivery above R1000 (3-7 working days).

4. Delivery Address

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change or update the delivery address. Please ensure the address provided is correct before completing your order.
